We are passionate about helping individuals in need and have developed a traveling outreach service that allows us to deliver the services that you require in the place where you need it. We provide outreach services to families in regional areas (currently Macedon-Bendigo region and Gippsland region) with monthly in-home sessions, school observations, parent training and online support.
We provide intensive family emergent weekends for families living all over Australia (or overseas) with regular online telehealth sessions to provide support between sessions. Our team have travelled to Vietnam, Singapore and Philippines to provide outreach services to families in need and we love watching our international families grow, flourish and thrive through high quality support.
