Paediatric Allied Health

The Mind Spot aims to empower children and adolescents to reach their full potential in all elements of their everyday social, emotional and behavioural functioning. The Mind Spot team can be there from the point of diagnosis (Comprehensive assessment with our Psychologists) and implement evidence-based interventions that will assist your child to thrive. We help our younger clients navigate the tricky problems (anxiety, anger, growth mindset, self-esteem, bullying – the list is long) that might be holding them back. We keep therapy fun and engage with our younger clients through games, walk & talk, joint activities and play while layering in therapeutic goals and achieving outcomes.

We also provide targeted early interventions for pervasive conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities that focus on strengths, skill development and empowering our young ones to embrace their super powers.

We provide services to our younger clients in a variety of settings that include our clinic, in the family home, childcare, kinder, school and community settings. We strongly believe in collaboration and enjoy working closely with multidisciplinary professionals and teachers to work together to assist our young clients to meet their goals.

Adult Allied Health
